My primary goal is to build relationships with diverse communities and organizations in San Diego which enable KPBS to form partnerships and collaborations to host meaningful events for the community that spark dialogue around relevant issues in the region.In addition, I coordinate the implementation of long-term grant-funded projects. This includes writing proposals and reports for grants, financial oversight of grants for the entire station, as well as coordination and implementation of major diversity and community engagement deliverables tied to national PBS programming or locally produced news and entertainment content.
