I’m co-founder of Green Gain Ltd, a consultancy turning the circular economy into profitable, practical solutions. Over the past decade, I’ve worked with global brands, public-sector bodies, and pioneering SMEs to reduce waste, cut carbon, and drive innovation through sustainable business models.My work spans policy design, supply chain transformation, and hands-on implementation. I’ve supported national recycling policy with WRAP & DEFRA, helped KFC transition to resource-focused waste contracts, and enabled Lidl to address food waste hotspots in its cod supply chain as part of WRAP’s Whole Chain Plan initiative.Green Gain’s clients include KFC, Greggs, McDonald’s, Pizza Hut, NHS Digital, WRAP, WYCA, Yorwaste, and Zero Waste Scotland.
