As a part of BAE Systems ELDP I will complete 3 different job roles at 3 different sites gaining experience in design, manufacturing, and systems engineering while pursuing my masters degree. First Rotation: Engineering Support in Production (ESIP)- Developed comprehensive solutions to an array of manufacturing and design issues- Interfaced with various teams (Quality, Design Engineering, Manufacturing, Operations, Systems Engineering etc.) to determine root cause and develop corrective actions to mitigate reoccurrences of manufacturing-based issues.Second rotation: Systems Engineering Lead - led the program from contract to iCDR in less than a year (included iSRR, Delta iSRR, supported PMRs, TRRs and LCM reviews)- managed system interfaces, requirements, and risks - developed documentation for various management plans (ROMP, SEMP, and EMP)- conducted power analysis to develop SWaP documentation - developed a MATLAB thermal model for various gun environments - Managed SE budgets, hours, and resources for all work packages Third rotation: GNC and lethality Engineer
