   Maintain consistent communication with the Branch Management team and Area Rental Manager(s) through phone calls, Microsoft Teams, and email to provide updates on the progress of the Rental Administrative Support Team across all three brands: National, Alamo, and Enterprise.Support the Rental Administrative Supervisor in reducing the volume and duration of pended tickets by collaborating with branch personnel and other team members to follow up and resolve outstanding issues.Assist in managing callbacks by conducting follow-ups on last-day callbacks, rewrites, and overdue rentals to help ensure an accurate return list in ECARS 2.0.Coordinate with Atlantic Aviation to maintain clear and professional communication regarding Top Executive Customers, ensuring exceptional service and reporting.Communicate with locations nationwide to confirm one-way returns and manage vehicle inventory accurately.
