As a Lead Technical Marketing Program Manager for the Solutions program, I am building a new program to support solution-level marketing initiatives and campaigns outside of the traditional utilities industry. Within this role, I develop marketing program plans, project proposals, and briefs that distill key technical information, business intelligence, and strategic objects into actionable guidance for all related marketing activities and collateral; lead the development of marketing content through close collaboration with creative professionals and marketing operations teams; review all collateral for technical accuracy and impactful messaging and evaluate campaign performance. In addition, I own the process and creation of Customer Highlights—quarterly multi-media projects that include a longform journalistic piece, short documentary-style video, photography and omnichannel promotional materials.
