As Director of People & Growth, I led the design and execution of the full human resources strategy for a rapidly scaling education staffing agency. I built the HR function from the ground up, transforming it into a high-impact team that supported exponential workforce growth across multi-state operations. Also ensuring a thorough understanding of benefits offerings, various leave policies, compensation structures and pay equity within the company.Ownership of both internal and external employee handbooks and policies. Management of employee relations to resolve, liaise with legal where necessary.
