About Ashley Ochoa Topete
I’ve always loved fitness (I’m a marathon runner) and when I first I started my career, I wanted to eventually develop fabrics for Nike. This led me down a career path through textiles, production, project management, and creative management. From there I finally landed on the brand side, and that’s where the real magic happened. Working with brands across sport, tech, and fashion has allowed be to fuel my love of cross functional collaboration, and lets me be creative by working in an ever changing space that challenges and forecasts the \'new norm\'. This is particularly amazing when I’m able to connect unlikely brands to create something special and bring a vision into reality. Some of my areas of expertise include: Cultivate collaborative relationships with cross-functional partners and teams Transform brand vision into strategic multi-year marketing strategies to foster long term brand affinity Position, launch, and prioritize seasonal product and brand stories Identify key issues and develop project plans to drive value creation Lead the development/execution of seasonal marketing and visual plans Chair in-house ideation across brick and mortar, wholesale, and digital channels Create value by leveraging consumer insights to drive performance Refine operational processes to optimize projects and internal networks Bilingual in English and SpanishMy career has connected me with people from across the globe, and I’m always looking to build upon those relationships.
