I have 14+ years of experience in the dental field with a wide diversity of all types of dentistry to include major emphasis in dental hygiene and all specialties. With my ability to establish impeccable relationships and influence others, I have the opportunity to support all specialists and hygienists who have chosen to be apart of the GREATEST Dental Company in America. Patient-centric care is the forefront of the practices I support and I am solely dedicated to ensuring our Specialty Programs deliver The Perfect Patient Experience to allow for Healthier, Happier Patients. My role as a Specialty Regional Director supporting 80+ offices with Pacific Dental Services provides me the opportunity to bridge the gap as it relates to the Mouth-Body Connection and being at the forefront of Dental-Medical integration. The technology and resources provided within our organization truly allow me to support comprehensive patient care at an elevated level. What does this mean? This means ensuring the clinicians and team members I support are able to educate patients with a preventive and more predictive approach putting them in the drivers seat as it relates to the longevity of not only their oral health, but whole-body health. Being a part of an organization that strives for the best patient care possible, allows me to consistently pivot for change by being immersed in the latest technology and education to ensure no patient is left behind and their experience is top-notch. Every patient has a choice as it relates to being proactive vs reactive when it comes to their overall health, and it is my mission to ensure every clinician and team member I support has the knowledge and resources to support patients making the best decision possible to achieve optimal health.
