I am a trial attorney focused on patent and trade secret litigation. I have served as lead trial counsel on a variety of cases, most recently in a patent and breach of NDA case tried against a Johnson & Johnson subsidiary for its theft of medical device technology. I have won numerous courtroom victories for both large and small clients across the nation involving technologies from the operating room to the oilfield. Benchmark Litigation, the Legal 500, IAM Patent Texas Lawyer, and Super Lawyers have recognized me as a result of these efforts. On a personal note, I enjoy hiking, skiing, supporting women in STEM, and reading sci-fi novels to feed my inner geek.
