About Ashley Missel
I have been in commercial real estate since 2013 and still enjoy the puzzle of it every single day. No two deals are the same. Every property, every business owner, and every investor has a different goal. My job is to help them navigate the strategy behind those decisions and turn the right opportunities into reality. I serve as the COO of Brockman Missel Group, a boutique commercial real estate brokerage based in Chattanooga and Huntsville. Our team specializes exclusively in commercial properties including retail, office, industrial, land, and investment assets. We work with business owners, developers, and investors across Tennessee, Georgia, and Alabama and nationwide. What I enjoy most about this business is the work that happens behind the scenes. The underwriting, the negotiations, the problem solving, and the conversations that help clients think several steps ahead before a deal ever comes together. Commercial real estate is rarely just about a building. It is about helping people grow businesses, reposition investments, and build long term value. Outside of brokerage, I am also the author of Becoming a Tenant, a practical guide designed to help business owners understand commercial leasing before signing their first lease.
