About Ashley Deluca

I love seeing a project through from the initial idea kickoff to completion. I have enjoyed various unique roles throughout my 15 year career in Account & Project Management, Influencer Marketing, and Client Services. My experiences, both personal and professional, have taught me the following about myself:I respond to change by knowing when to follow process and when to deviate, but also recognizing when there is a need to revise the process entirely. Navigating projects will likely require stops at not only Point A and B but also C, D, and any number of other letters as challenges or roadblocks arise. Being prepared allows me to stay adaptable in various fast-paced environments. I know that no two people are created equal. My ability to adapt my approach and communication style for different personalities and skill levels allows me to build trust both internally and externally to achieve a common goal when acting as both a member and leader of a team.I work on solving the small problems while keeping the big picture in mind. Staying mindful of how day to day tasks and challenges fit into larger timelines, budgets, and client goals allows me to stay one step ahead, ultimately resulting in impactful campaigns, content, and experiences coming to life.
