My work focuses on new and middle managers, helping them grow into leadership roles with clarity, confidence, and purpose. Through a mix of 1:1, group and team programs, I help leaders- Lead with confidence while navigating ambiguity and change - Build trust and stronger relationships within and across teams - Communicate effectively with peers, direct reports, and executives - Develop other managers and strengthen leadership pipelines With 15+ years in consulting, leadership development and coaching, I’ve coached leaders from Manager to SVP across industries including retail, CPG, energy, and financial services. I’ve also designed and facilitated coaching programs, team sessions, and interactive keynotes that drive tangible results and measurable growth for organizations.
