As a Summer 2025 Rotational Intern at CITY Furniture’s Corporate Offices, I had the opportunity to work across 12+ departments, allowing me to explore all parts of the business and discover what I really enjoy. Throughout the 10-week program, I contributed to real-time projects including benchmarking, point-of-purchase (POP) strategy development, and brand-focused research. I also supported HR initiatives centered around culture, team engagement, and talent development.This experience allowed me to collaborate with cross-functional teams, build meaningful connections with mentors and leaders, and gain a deep understanding of CITY’s people-first culture. In addition to project work, I participated in professional development workshops focused on LinkedIn branding, resume optimization, and career growth.
