I am an experienced Manager with a demonstrated history of working in the Insurance and Restoration industries. My greatest skills are negotiation, Property & Casualty Insurance risk tolerance, A/R Collections, Customer Service, and Leadership. I work to constantly maintain a thorough understanding of Worker’s Compensation, Professional Liability, General Liability, Property, Auto, Valuable Personal Property, Flood, Cyber, Business Interruption, and Excess Liability (Umbrella) policies. I have an advanced understanding of insurance policies. I possess strong interpersonal, teamwork, and customer service skills. I grew up flipping homes and working on cabins with my father, which drove me to have an interest in real estate and housing. I spent 20••••21 learning the ins and outs of the vacation rental business. I cleaned and help regulate one of the largest VRBOs in the Colorado Springs area. After that, I took on more clients (vacation rental business owners) and helped them with online marketing, decorating, cleaning, scheduling, documenting claims, and/or addressing problematic guests. In 2022, my husband and I started hosting our own vacation rental. My time is now spent managing our property and hosting guests from all over the world.
