   I currently oversee a portfolio of multiple large-scale Federal contracts and projects. I’ve worn many hats and regularly collaborate with our Digital team, business developers, VP and executive stakeholders to steer strategic HR and recruiting efforts. Every day, I focus on improving how we find, hire, and support federal talent, using data, storytelling, and deep operational insight to elevate outcomes.• Oversight of 4-6 Federal contracts providing talent acquisition and human resources support, with teams ranging from 6 to 102 full time employees (FTEs).• Oversee resource management, performance management, financials, reporting, deliverable and Service Level Agreements (SLAs). • Create and edit Project Management deliverables – Quality Control Plan, Pricing Models, Work Breakdown Structure (WBS), Statements of Work (SOW or PWS), RACIs, staffing plans, etc. • Serve as liaison with other divisions including the Program Management Office (PMO), Contracts, Business Development, Project Control and Security offices. Provide expertise, pricing insight, writing support and approvals as needed. • Technical subject matter expert in Applicant Tracking Software (ATS),staffing and recruitment. Provide just-in-time, classroom based and virtual training to employees and clients through the YRCI-University. • Closely monitor Project Supervisors to ensure they have the resources necessary to perform and monitor the completeness of work and ensure key performance indicators are met through tracking systems (including YRCI ROCAP, Weblogs, Salesforce, and other client owned systems).• Played a key role in creating ROCAP, our proprietary HR automation tool, helping leadership get real-time hiring insights.• Championed “Grow Our Own,” a development initiative that’s given our HR teams structured career paths.• Active participation in internal strategy discussions on digital solutions in a changing HR/business environment.
