I\'m a people analytics nerd at heart - I genuinely light up when I find the story hiding in workforce data. My career has taken me through Fortune 10/50/500 companies where I\'ve partnered with C-suite leaders on everything from board-level insights to enterprise platform transformations. I\'m drawn to work that goes beyond the dashboard and into where analytics actually shapes how organizations invest in and develop their people. Two master\'s degrees (Industrial Relations and Business Data Science) fuel both the human and technical sides of what I do.
