For nearly 25 years as an architect, design and program manager I have developed a wide-ranging portfolio of projects all with a common objective: building communities. My background in architecture and construction informs the technical side of my work, while I draw from my depth of experience in team building and community engagement for collaborative work and strategic planning. Trust and transparency are the foundation of everything I do. Engaging and elevating all voices and building consensus among diverse groups is my specialty whether in your community or on the job site and all spaces in between. Strong relationships are the key to a fully collaborative process and lead to the best outcomes for all.My practice varies widely – high end retail, zoos, aquaria, museums, and universities - but my love and expertise lie most recently in planning, design and construction management transforming learning environments throughout the U.S.

I continue to serve as Project Executive on key public sector projects, providing strategic oversight, risk mitigation, and accountability for budget, schedule, and stakeholder goals.I partner closely with school districts, municipalities, and justice system leaders to deliver facilities that align with local values and long-term needs. My work spans early funding strategies, alternative delivery procurement, and navigating complex design and construction decisions — always with a focus on transparency, adaptability, and execution.
