About Ashley Martina

I am a creative and strategic Senior Account Executive at VMLY & R COMMERCE, a global leader in end-to-end commerce solutions. I have a Masters in Art History from The University of Glasgow, where I developed my analytical and research skills, and a Bachelors in Marketing from The Ohio State University, where I honed my strategic marketing and marketing operations aptitude. My mission is to create engaging and impactful campaigns that connect brands with consumers, spark conversations, and drives growth. I value innovation, collaboration, and diversity, and I strive to bring these qualities to every project and team. In my current role, I manage the creative execution and production for General Mills campaigns at Kroger, one of the largest grocery retailers in the US. I work closely with the creative team, the client, and the retailer to ensure that the campaigns are aligned with the brand strategy, the shopper insights, and the retailer objectives. I also leverage my skills in social media content creation and influencer marketing to offer expert advice and insights when building out influencer marketing campaigns. In addition to my traditional 9-5, I run my own style blog and social media channels, where I share content that inspires women to embrace their body and style at any age, shape, or size. This is a passion project that I started in the midst of the pandemic and has since grown into a successful small business that allows me to express my creativity and connect with a loyal and engaged audience.
