Membership Sales & Engagement CoordinatorThis role is responsible for membership recruitment, retention, relationship management, event coordination, and communications support. The ideal candidate is personable, detail-oriented, and driven to grow the Chamber’s impact in the local business community.Key Responsibilities:Membership Sales & Revenue- Recruit new members through outreach, referrals, and visits- Promote sponsorship and advertising opportunities- Serve as primary contact for prospective members-Track and report sales activity and revenueMember Services & Retention- Serve as the point of contact for City of Yuma members- Coordinate new member orientations and invitations- Manage the Ambassador Program (meetings, scheduling, communications)- Track and report benefit usage in ChamberMaster- Send member updates and announcements- Conduct regular member check-ins to ensure satisfaction and retention- Assist with collections of membership duesMarketing & Communications- Post welcome messages and ribbon cutting recaps on social media - Maintain the new member slideshow for presentations- Provide support for Chamber radio spots and other media- Coordinate monthly communications with media partners- Submit ribbon cutting announcements to local publicationsCRM & Administration- Maintain accurate member data in ChamberMaster- Track referrals, inquiries, and benefit usage- Manage event submissions and approvals- Input passes and payments as needed- Support Board meeting documentationEvents & Programs- Coordinate all ribbon cuttings (invitations, scheduling, logistics)- Attend events to assist with registration, sponsor relations, raffles, and photos- Support overall Chamber event planning and execution
