   Provided consultation of mental and behavioral health services offered dedicated to improving the well-being of individuals and communities through comprehensive care, innovative programs such as: AFL, SAIOT, SACOT, I/DD, TBI, Peer Support, and other community based programs-Brokered partnerships with the surrounding county Housing Developments (Rowan, Cabarrus, Union, Forsythe, Gaston, and Mecklenburg ) which immensely expanded recruiting efforts by 60%, residually-Collaborated with local Police Departments to bring more suicide awareness by organizing successful 5k marathons and receiving monetary donations and hundreds of gun locks-Established relationships with the local Chamber of Commerce, HUD, NC Works, Second Harvest Food Distribution for our clients-Created internal systems in order to assess and track Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to translate results directly to CEO and COO-Managed contracts and acted as the liaison between our Managed Care Organizations (MCOs) with Medicaid, i.e. Alliance, Healthy Blue, Vaya, Partners, and Trillium-Provided expert consultation resulting in hundreds of self referrals, creating and maintaining a revenue of weekly for the business within 3 months of commencement-Represented the company at Health Conventions community meetings, events, and forums.
