My passion for recruiting started in college where I graduated with a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) focused in Human Resources. I pursued my first recruiting role with a company I knew little about. Schneider. I quickly fell in love with the strong, thriving culture and personal growth opportunities. My career with Schneider started as a Customer Service Representative for our Amazon account then I moved into the Driver Recruiting department as a Recruiting Assistant leading up to my current role as a Senior Driver Recruiter.
