At Bloom Sports Partners I lead a variety of projects, including executive search and leadership development. What I enjoy most is supporting our partners with strategic thinking around talent and building high performance teams and environments. I have a particular interest in driving standards in women\'s soccer and women\'s sport in general. Witnessing my three little kids have a totally different experience with women\'s pro sport has filled my heart and it drives a lot of what I do in my daily work. Offline you\'ll find me hanging outside with the fam, exploring coffee shops, speaking Spanish whenever possible, meeting unexpected new friends, reading murder mysteries, and getting a good sweat on!
