Responsible for rolling out and managing the execution of all current and new Asset Protection/Shortage Control/Safety programs in 13 stores ranging from $5-$25 million.• Contribute to the development of Asset Protection programs, provide direction and leadership in initiating new programs, manage training and awareness of programs for store teams.• Manage shortage control/fitting room staffing plan and hour usage in all locations.• Conduct and lead internal and external investigations, internal investigation interviewing, monthly shortage assessments, safety audits, OSHA egress audits, shortage reduction and building safety controls.• Train and manage the standards and accuracy of stores inventory. Ensuring stores are prepared, following timelines, and executing properly. Providing focused and actionable analysis of results.• Monitor and maintain physical security controls/systems including CCTV, burglar/fire alarms and EAS supplies.• Train/Monitor stores on the MOS/debit/Hazmat processes. Ensuring stores are accurately accounting for and storing/destroying merchandise.• Responsible for managing the setup of all Asset Protection/Shortage Control and Safety programs in new stores. As well as physical building security setup.• Strong partnership with District Manager and Regional partners on all Asset Protection and Shortage Control matters. • Maintaining district standards in District Managers absence.
