The best products are built by the best people, which is why I work every day to cultivate a workplace where teams thrive, leaders develop, and business continues to grow. Since stepping into this position, I’ve scaled the function from a one-person operation to a growing department supporting 140+ employees across multiple states and countries. I help drive global expansion; create the organizational processes to recruit and retain top-tier talent; and shape an outstanding employee experience rooted in empowerment, inclusion, and integrity. I see my role as integral to the organization’s continued commercial success, and I’m personally invested in our mission. As a parent, I’ve seen how mosquito-borne illness can impact families, and I’m exceedingly proud to champion a product that protects people—without harming the planet. Thermacell strikes a rare balance between commercial success, human health, and environmental responsibility, and I’m devoted to keeping us on that course. From strategic resource planning and organizational effectiveness to leadership coaching, corporate comms, and social impact initiatives, my job is to reduce friction, enable great work, and ensure our people and processes scale with intention. As the leader goes, so goes the business. With this in mind, I’ve become deeply invested in identifying and developing Thermacell’s next generation of leaders.
