Ensure successful application, implementation, qualification, and use of star products, by supporting sales for product positioning and demonstration while supporting customers for application development work, initial startup, training, and trouble shooting. Responsible for providing technical pre- and post-sales support to customers, sales representatives and marketing for the development and implementation of Sartorius products and technologies. Responsible to execute the marketing and sales strategies in support of new product launches and specific marketing initiatives. Support the sales organization on existing products through product presentations, demonstrations, and application studies, and on new products in close collaboration with product management through beta sites testing and demonstrations. Provide technical qualification of sales opportunities to ensure appropriate positioning of technology within the customer application. Support the development of strong relationships with accounts within the North America territory, as well as assisting customers for first product installation and initial start-up and ensure the training of the customer.
