Currently part of a very busy front of house team consisting of front of house reception/ switchboard, with admission\'s and facilities as part of a very busy 77 bed private hospital. with a team of around 18 persons with daily reports to the hospital SMT, using KPI\'s to measure labour costs with business needs Also dealing with self pay / insurance helping to generate in the last financial year growth of 6 % thus working with our CCG NHS providers and looking at new ways to attract more self pay / improve our PMI referrals. Im also site waste officer / health and safety lead and recently again as leader of a team within our region that has launched a new 3 waste stream which is more environmentally friendly but has also reduced our waste costs yoy and co-ordinating our recent Environmental Audit, working with our facilities team in ensuring we recognise the environment in all our daily tasks including removing large bulk waste etc / advising other sites within our region on H&S audit issues. more recently as part of our team dealing with our provider / CQC audits, undertaking the dual waste audits at both Thornbury and the Park Hospital’s in Nottingham. most recently helped both organise and co-host the prestigious Moynihan Surgeons Club to Sheffield.
