Ashley Heads up Knight Frank\'s Birmingham office with his specialism being Capital Markets. He runs a team of 45 commercial surveyors covering all disciplines including Capital Markets, Agency, Valuation, Building surveying, Property Asset Management and Automotive. He has also recently structured the funding for one of Birmingham’s most high profile office buildings to be developed, the sq ft 103 Colmore Row tower. Recent deals include the acquisition of Colmore Gate, a prime office tower extending to 171,834 sq ft over 18 storeys, which will be subject to a back to frame refurbishment and the adjoining Great Western Arcade & 10 Colmore Row, both for overseas clients.
