Responsible for the growth and management of the Bank\'s SBA lending portfolio. SBA Program Administrator performs direct supervisory duties of SBA program support staff. Oversees all functional areas of SBA lending operations. Designs, plans implements, monitors and evaluates SBA credit programs, policies and procedures, and recommends or makes changes as necessary. Directs areas of SBA loan compliance, loan systems, loan documentations and adherence to loan policies and procedures. As Director of Operations responsibilities include managing all operational functions of Summit Bank from lending operations and deposit operational functions, as well as new product development.
