I lead the delivery of end-to-end implementation projects for public sector and commercial clients across the UK, acting as the central coordinator between internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure a smooth, timely rollout. From project scoping through to go-live, I manage each stage with a structured yet flexible approach, tailored to meet the unique operational requirements of each customer.My role in a nutshell:• Own and drive full project lifecycles, from kick-off to go-live• Facilitate discovery sessions to gather requirements and define critical paths• Align cross-functional teams (sales, IT, finance, operations) to project milestones• Develop tailored onboarding plans, timelines, and communication strategies• Monitor risk, manage scope, and mitigate blockers to ensure delivery within agreed timeframes• Produce clear documentation, including user guides, welcome programmes, and implementation plans• Maintain ongoing stakeholder engagement with weekly updates and structured reporting
