After close to 7 years at Softcat I now move up to the role of Client Director. My role encompasses everything that I have learnt and developed managing Mid-Market and Enterprise clients over my tenure at Softcat PLC. I help large and complex clients navigate the technology vendor market Ensuring Cost Stability, Cost Optimisation, and reductions in Technological Debt. Not forgetting the fundamentals. Including sufficient response times, project management, and, consistent clear communication channels across the wider business. Here are some of the ways in which I help clients by offering/accessing- Our leading market accreditations with our key vendors and partners - Unique and experienced specialists, consultants and partners - Operations, advisory and OCTO engagements for leading thought innovations with C-suite teams - A carefully selected account team including my internals, specialists, and overall back-end procurement teams. I continue to have a hybrid role, working in management to support other account managers to fulfill their potential. Putting the client first in everything that we do at Softcat.
