Working with RealPage platforms (Onesite, G5, Activebuilding, Community Rewards, Facilities, Marketing Center, AIRM, Knock, etc), Voyager platforms (Yardi, rentcafe, site manager, Commercial Cafe, etc), Funnel, Bluemoon along with other platforms based on the needs of our communities. Maintaining access, streamlining processes, working with our executive and corporate teams for any updates needed, working with other departments to allow for cross training- any ideas based on help tickets, launch dates for platforms, any new materials needed to review. To support onsite teams with any issues on platforms or with any help or questions they may need throughout the day to help the property run efficiently.
