Above all, I get things done.What I’ve Done:At the law firm, my time has focused on expanding a 20 member international arbitration practice centered on the U.S. and Latin American markets, into an 90 member team, internationally ranked, with lawyers in Europe, the Middle East, Asia Pacific, the CIS & Russia. In addition, my recommendations contributed to the Firm’s decision to open offices in Paris and Singapore, and to expand its presence in Frankfurt, London, Dubai and Abu Dhabi. My process improvement and business strategy initiatives (development of team RFP, marketing procedures & creation of KM system) have led to cost savings of $1M+, contributed to a 512% increase in my group’s revenues, and double digit revenue growth for 4 consecutive years. My professional journey began at the World Bank, after studying a year abroad in Prague and Berlin, in a dept. that administered the settlement of investment disputes between govts. and foreign investors. At the Bank I gained valuable experience working with high level officials from around the world, handling sensitive information, and overseeing staff from more than 15 countries.
