I am a student-centered postsecondary education leader driven by a lifelong commitment to learning. This commitment was shaped early in my life as a young military spouse, navigating multiple geographic moves and professional transitions in service of something larger than myself. Those experiences taught me adaptability, resilience, and the power of education as both an anchor and a catalyst for growth. They also sparked my passion for building systems that meet learners where they are and help them move forward with purpose.I thrive at the intersection of strategy, innovation, and execution - using intellectual curiosity and creative problem-solving to design better systems, stronger programs, and more effective ways of working across adult education, military education, and professional learning and development.Throughout my career, I have led the development of comprehensive strategies, academic programs, curriculum, and cross-sector partnerships. Most recently, I provided strategic direction and executive leadership for accreditation, consortium partnerships, and enterprise-level planning efforts supporting the ground-up development and implementation of a new academic institution within the Naval University System.I bring extensive experience leading cross-functional teams and navigating complex governance and regulatory environments, with a focus on translating vision into sustainable, measurable results.At the core of my work is a deep belief in people and purpose. I’ve been fortunate to collaborate with exceptional colleagues and leaders who reinforced that open communication, trusted relationships, and measurable results are the foundation of sustainable success.    Executive leader providing academic guidance, vision, and support in the development of the United States Naval Community College (USNCC). The USNCC supports enlisted Sailors, Marines, and Coast Guardsmen in achieving professional certificates and associate degrees that will enhance operational readiness and improve war fighting capabilities, while putting them on a path to lifelong learning.
