ABOUT ASHLEY GILLAM
I achieved Certification in HealthCare Compliance and Certified Billing and Coding Specialist and currently provide Corporate Compliance, Coding and Billing, and HIPAA expertise and Consulting for private companies. Prior to my current role, I served as the Corporate Compliance Officer and HIPAA Privacy Officer, implementing a comprehensive Privacy and Security program. I currently serve on the Advisory Board for Medical Coding and Billing for Fortis College. I began my hospice career in 2005, and since that time have developed expertise in a myriad of vital hospice and healthcare functions, including Human Resources, Business Office Management, Marketing, Billing and Health Information. Early in my career, I also earned and maintained my certificate in phlebotomy. Because of my widespread experience, I am uniquely talented at pragmatic problem solving and system implementation.
