These litigation matters span an array of legal areas, including climate change litigation, royalty claims and arbitrations, environmental, breach of contract, and employment disputes. I also serve as the sole labor and employment attorney for the Company in the Northern hemisphere, advising the company on implementation of employment policies, navigating employee disputes, and providing advice and counsel to HR and HSE groups.
