   Lead the legal affairs of the company – strategic and operational, anticipate and identify legal issues and develop legal strategies and solutions addressing the same, serve as a strategic partner and influential contributor to the executive team, and counsel and advise the CEO, CFO, and the senior leadership team. Direct the in-house legal department in all matters of internal jurisprudence and advice, providing considerable experience in every aspect of managing legal risk, contracting, and acquisitions to support the legal side of business development. Manage corporate governance and align with finance department in review of equity documents. Support the company’s operations and oversee all of its contracts, transactions, mergers and acquisitions, and ventures, as well large transactions, settlements, and other major financial ventures on behalf of the parent company. Draft, revise, and negotiate all contracts including supply chain, operations, real estate, marketing, insurance, etc, and handle all aspects of intellectual property procurement and protection.
