During my time at Hedley Studios, I have been the project manager for all Ferrari projects, responsible for generating product definitions and managing the delivery of them into collector-grade vehicles ready for customer handover. I am responsible for managing scope, budget, timing and quality across design, engineering, procurement, and transitioning from engineering into production. I am the main point of contact for Ferrari, making sure everything we do reflects the brand’s standards and delivers the level of technical excellence they expect. During this time, I have proven my ability to manage complex, niche automotive projects, mitigate risk and drive cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional vehicles to high standards from concept through to final customer handover. I have most recently directed a feasibility study of a scale Formula 1 car that included packaging layouts, material selection and regulatory considerations while preserving period-correct aesthetics and targeting realistic driving dynamics. Leading the early-stage concept development and translating design cues into a technically feasible proposal.
