About Ashley Fedyshyn
I have recently returned to New York as a Partner/Principal in EY’s International Tax Services practice - continuing to focus on Transfer Pricing and Operating Model Effectiveness (OME). With over 18 years of US (NY) and foreign experience being based in Singapore (20••••16) as well as Hong Kong (Jan 2021 - June 2023). I continue to work within EY\'s International Tax and Transaction Services team focusing on transfer pricing and OME engagements. Our team assists multinational enterprises in aligning their tax and treasury profile with their operational strategy by working with our multidisciplinary teams in helping clients with supply chain design, business restructuring, systems implications, transfer pricing, direct and indirect tax, and customs and accounting considerations. With over 15 years of experience at EY, I have both regional and global transfer pricing and OME experience in the following areas- TP Documentation and planning analysis- Identifying transfer pricing re-design options- Advance Pricing Agreements (APAs) with various government agencies- Audit defense and litigation support- Control risk of transfer pricing adjustments- Addressing the tax implications of supply chain restructuring- Review business change impact on a company’s transfer pricing risk profile; and- Feasibility to design and implementation of both transactional and non-transactional business models. My experience varies in industries such as, retail and consumer products, life sciences, technology, chemicals, engineering, automotive, general manufacturing and services businesses.
