With over 14 years of experience in higher education, I lead the Chemistry Department at Mission College, bringing expertise in polymer chemistry and a deep commitment to equity-focused education. As a Department Chair and Faculty Lead, I strive to foster inclusive learning environments and champion innovative teaching practices that help close equity gaps. My mission aligns with Mission College\'s vision of empowering diverse communities by facilitating collaboration and driving meaningful change in the academic landscape.
