Regional Sales Manager Responsibilities- Provide leadership and direction to the Western Canada sales team while ensuring sales goals and implementation of commercial business strategy are achieved within the region- Track, analyze, and report on department\'s progress toward the organization\'s metrics including but not limited to budgets, sell in/sell out objectives and visibility- Recruit, motivate and develop the expertise and know-how of the sales teams while evaluating their activities and effectiveness on a consistent and measurable basis- Collaborate with marketing teams to forecast sell in/out objectives within the region while providing insight into brand performance and additional market opportunities- Perform monthly monitoring of the sell in/out for major regional accounts while implementing strategic business plans within region to continue to develop market share and brand visibility. Key Account Manager Responsibilities- Comprehensive business analysis and management of all aspects of the assigned portfolio therefore acting as the expert of the account- Forecast sales targets for account through annual planning process. Initiate corrective actions to close gaps to plan as well as valorize market opportunities to further develop market share and profits- Responsible for selling innovation, optimizing distribution, seeking out and capturing additional category opportunities, including but not limited to; shelf space, shelf positioning, display and flyer- Build a retailer specific development plan while gaining retailer buy in through possessing a deep customer intelligence and strong network with key stakeholders- Work with internal teams to deliver on both revenue and sales forecasts- Coordinate and manage top-to-top meetings as well as collaborate on and negotiate joint business plans- Manage trade investment process with finance to ensure accuracy and adherence to budget.
