I’ve spent my career helping build and grow a business from the ground up starting when the company was in its early stages and scaling it. My role has never been limited to one function; I’ve worked across recruiting, operations, business development, consulting, marketing, and systems implementation.I naturally step into gaps building processes where none exist, creating structure, and finding ways to make things work better and grow faster. That has included implementing and customizing both ATS and CRM systems, onboarding systems, building automation, developing training, expanding service offerings, and working directly with outside leadership teams on developing out their strategy, structure, and execution.At my core, I’m a builder and problem solver who enjoys turning ideas into something scalable, practical, and impactful.
