Previously, Ashley served as a Principal at the Lancer Group, a global retained search firm, for over a decade, where she conducted C-level searches for portfolio companies across a variety of verticals, as well as board and operating partner searches for the funds themselves. She graduated cum laude from the University of Michigan. In her spare time, she is an Ironman-distance triathlete, and has 23 marathons under her belt. Her offices are split between the West Coast, Madrid, and New York City.
