   Work alongside state, district, and school leaders to improve access to grade-level assignments, strong instruction, deep engagement, and high expectations for all students. Accomplishments include:• Designed and facilitated a yearlong scope and sequence of Communities of Practice (CoP) for 171 senior district leaders across three statewide academic grants resulting in all participant feedback averaging above 90% agree that the sessions are effective and an NPS score improvement from 61.11 to 93.75 for HQIM Innovator Districts• Coached Aldine ISD district leaders through professional development and co-observations with feedback to prepare them to progress monitor their K-12 math and literacy HQIM implementation, resulting in 100% normed observations, 90% facilitation success criteria met, and their independent ownership of the work the following year• Led a team of 6 Senior Managers and Effectiveness Coaches to create professional development for over 1,800 Eureka Math teachers and 440 coaches across Texas and facilitate 40 CoPs weekly, resulting in 71% of teachers and leaders identifying as proficient or advanced with the product, exceeding our goal by +21 points• Managed a total of 9 Effectiveness Coaches across three workstreams over two years, which included establishment of team systems and theory of action, performance evaluations, weekly two-way feedback, differentiated development in pursuit of promotion, and support for their management of 10 seasonal staff members
