About Ashley Esry

I am a licensed a psychotherapist and educator licensed in Massachusetts and North Carolina. I have almost 15 years of experience across various levels of care including inpatient detox, residential, partial hospitalization, and outpatient levels of care for co-occurring mental health and addiction disorders. I have been in private practice since 2020, specializing in trauma, anxiety, and attachment. I utilize a blend of my post-graduate training that includes Internal Family Systems (level 2) Sensorimotor Psychotherapy (level 2), EMDR (level 2), and Polyvagal Theory. Since 2022, I have been teaching continuing education workshops, sharing my passion and knowledge for experiential, evidence-based interventions with fellow mental health providers.
