About Ashley E. Poklar
I am a psychologist, a learner, a teacher, and a mother. Meaning making and quality relationship building has been my focus in research, practice, and self-reflection. My current trajectory continues this exploration with therapy, research, teaching, speaking, and challenging my self focused on the building blocks of creating and maintaining strong relationships and creating meaning within one\'s own life, while increasing the ability to understand others’ meanings.
