In 2021 a connection established via my mentor changed the trajectory of my career. I was given the incredible opportunity to join FPC of Savannah. Energized by the dynamic personalities I met along the way, I began strategizing how to solve the hiring challenges my clients are facing. Today my approach is very similar, but with the confidence that experience brings. I think more clearly, speak up more and act with intention. My goal is to clearly understand the personality that will thrive in each organization I serve. I communicate to candidates who companies are culturally, and more importantly who they are not.
