Assist divisional and program managers in preparation of invoice and cash flow schedules for multiple project accounts with various contract vehicles (FFP, T&M, and CPFF).• Perform financial forecasting, revenue recognition and reconciliation of multiple project accounts.• Work with divisional Vice President and program managers to create and track project budgets.• Create cost build ups and workbook creation for proposal efforts in response to solicitations and requests for quotes.• Prepare bi-weekly and monthly reports that include analysis of labor expenditures, estimates at completion (EAC), purchase orders, and other cost commitments for both corporate and program review.• Review contract awards for financial accuracy and create project set-up through Microsoft NAV accounting system.
