My practice is focused in commercial real estate in the industrial, multi-family, office, storage, hospitality, retail and healthcare arenas, working on various investment, development and leasing transactions from inception through closing. I have broad experience representing buyers, sellers, developers, borrowers and investors in nationwide acquisitions, dispositions and (re-)development of vacant and developed real property. I also advise landlords and tenants in leasing and management of commercial properties, fund managers and investors in corporate formation/structuring, joint venture and private equity transactions, and borrowers and lenders in the negotiation and due diligence aspects of real estate financing. I also have experience working on various aspects of M&A deals.
