Hi I\'m Ashley, a Senior Sales Executive at Fordway where I help UK organisations improve resilience, efficiency, and compliance through 24/7 Microsoft-focused Managed Services. These include- Managed Devices- Managed Microsoft 365 and Azure- End user support- Managed Networks - Managed Infrastructure- Patch Management- MDR and XDR- Service Integration and Management.I have experience in working with clients across the Public, Private, and not-for-profit sectorsWhile at Fordway I have supported clients from the Public, Private and Not-for-profit sector by either collaborating with the customers internal IT team to tailor support services that supplement their existing IT skills or deliver a full IT Managed Service. These projects have either been won via Public Tenders or outreach. I have worked with organisations ranging from 50 to users and project values have ranged from £250K to £15 million. Over the last 4 years I have developed extensive experience in scoping, costing and delivering IT projects and IT Managed Services within the Immigration and Custodial sectors to scope, cost and assist with delivering IT Managed Services within highly regulated industries and locations. I am keen to develop my technical understanding of the Microsoft Public Cloud and have completed my AZ-900 and SC-900 certifications.
