My work spanned strategic planning, program execution, risk management, and process optimization- developing leaders and systems that delivered measurable results under pressure.What I discovered along the way was that my greatest impact wasn’t measured solely in operational outcomes-it was measured in people. As an instructor, evaluator, and mentor, I guided emerging leaders through complex missions, strengthened collaboration across diverse teams, and built a culture of accountability, trust, and performance.Now, as I transition into the civilian workforce, I’m channeling that same commitment to growth, excellence, and execution into program and project management roles.
